Due to the ongoing challenging circumstances with Covid still affecting commercial flights from South Africa and therefore Order delivery times, we have reviewed our supply chain procedures as we continually strive to meet customer demand. We have until now been using multiple mailing agents to meet demand and to gauge the delivery timings of each.
We are pleased to confirm that we have selected a preferred mailing agent to manage our postal and delivery logistics to the UK with immediate effect. Our customers should notice improved delivery times going forward. In order to introduce these improved procedures, we will need to effect a small price increase to meet the ongoing demand. We have until now been absorbing all the logistic price increases over the past years, including more recently the surge in postal service fees and Covid surcharges introduced at the start of the pandemic.
