Strepsils lozenges have a dual-action approach to sore throats. They help soothe irritation, while an antibacterial agent helps to medicate the affected area.

Strepsils lozenges contain a combination of two important antiseptic ingredients, Dichlorobenzyl alcohol and Amylmetacresol which help fight the bacterial infections that can cause sore throats and mouth infections.

Strepsils kills germs and bacteria and soothes the throat for up to 2 hours.

EACH STREPSILS LOZENGE CONTAINS: 

• 2,4-Dichlorobenzyl alcohol (1,2mg)
• Amylmetacresol (0,6mg)
• Contains sugar (2,5g)
• Other ingredients: Carmosine edicol (E 122), liquid sucrose, liquid glucose, levomenthol, Ponceau 4R (E124), peppermint oil, star anise oil, tartaric acid.

HOW TO USE STREPSILS LOZENGES:

• Adults and children over 6 years: Dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth, every 2 to 3 hours.
• Do not exceed 12 lozenges in any 24-hour period.
• If sore throat persists for more than 2 days, consult your doctor.
